Abstract
The vaporization enthalpies and vapor pressures of three major components in ginger, α-zingiberene, β-sesquiphellandrene, and (−) ar-curcumene are evaluated by correlation gas chromatography using two set of standards, n-alkanes and a series of cyclic and polycyclic hydrocarbons.
