Abstract
Aligned TiO2 nanowires with different crystal phases were prepared by electrospinning and annealing with different temperatures. The morphology, crystal structure and band gap of the samples were characterized using scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman, and ultraviolet–visible (UV–vis) absorption.
