Abstract
Al0.1CoCrFeNi high-entropy alloys with fully recrystallized single-phase structures and various grain sizes ranging from 4.7 to 59.5 μm are fabricated through cold rolling and subsequent annealing. Tensile tests reveal that the yielding strength has a linear relationship with the inverse square root of grain size, i.e. a Hall-Petch type relationship, shown as σYTS=83+464d−1/2.
