Abstract
It remains a challenge to enhance the multiferroic properties of perovskite materials. Herein, we demonstrate a facile sol-gel synthesis of BiFeO3 and Bi0.98Ho0.02Fe1-xCrxO3 (x = 0.01, 0.02, 0.03 and 0.04) nanoparticles with an average size range of 71–35 nm.
