Abstract
An effective strategy based on high-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) knockout combination with HPLC–DAD–QTOF-MS/MS analysis were developed to identify minor lignans, alkaloids, and phenylpropanoid glycosides in M. officinalis.
