Abstract
c‐Jun N‐terminal kinase (JNK) is involved in cancer cell apoptosis; however, emerging evidence indicates that this Janus signaling promotes cancer cell survival. JNK acts synergistically with NF‐κB, JAK/STAT, and other signaling molecules to exert a survival function.
