Abstract
In this paper, the effects of load ratio and temperature on fatigue crack growth (FCG) rates for commercial titanium alloy (CP-Ti) base metal and its weldment are investigated by experiments. Results show that the fatigue crack growth (FCG) rate of weldment is slower than that of base metal, which is mainly due to the difference of the microstructures between them.
