Background and Aim Immunoglobulin G4‐related sclerosing cholangitis (IgG4‐ SC ) presents as isolated proximal‐type sclerosing cholangitis (i‐ SC ). The present study sought to clarify the imaging differences between i‐ SC and Klatskin tumor.
