A simple, comprehensive, and highly selective MEKC method has been developed for simultaneous analysis of seven bioactive components (triptolide, wilfortrine, wilfordine, wilforgine, wilforine, triptophenolide, and triptonide) in the root extracts of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.
