Provenance of exotic Ordovician and Devonian sedimentary rock units from the Rhenish Massif (Central European Variscides, Germany)

Within the Rhenohercynian Zone of the Central European Variscides, the southeastern Rhenish Massif (Germany) contains Paleozoic greywackes and sandstones of uncertain origin and correlation.
