Abstract
The treatment of congenital hemivertebrae in the upper thoracic region is challenging. The objective of this study was to investigate the outcomes of posterior hemivertebral resection for the upper thoracic region. Twenty-one patients diagnosed with upper thoracic congenital scoliosis were included.
