Abstract
The therapeutic effect of polyglycerol coated iron oxide nanoparticles (PG-SPIONs, non-targeted nanoparticles) and folic acid-conjugated polyglycerol coated iron oxide nanoparticles (FA-PG-SPIONs, targeted nanoparticles) in combination with hyperthermia on viability of HeLa cells was investigated.
