Acute Transient Sixth Nerve Palsy in Chediak–Higashi Syndrome

Neurologic disorders in Chediak–Higashi syndrome are usually late presentations and also may manifest long after bone marrow stem cell transplantation. To the authors' knowledge, transient neurological deficit has not been reported yet.
