Abstract
In this paper, oxidized-silicon carbide particle/aluminum 6061 (oxidized-SiCp/Al6061) composites were fabricated using a spark plasma sintering technique. The microstructure, mechanical properties, and wear behavior of oxidized-SiCp/Al6061 composites were investigated.
