Abstract
We report several approaches to improve the quality of silver (Ag) nanowires synthesized by electroless deposition in hot ethylene glycol (polyol). Ultralong Ag nanowires with lengths up to 50 μm and about 60 nm in mean diameter were prepared using CuCl2 as stabilizer.
