Abstract
The respiratory system may be involved in all types of systemic vasculitis with varying significance and frequency. ANCA-associated vasculitis, including granulomatosis with polyangiitis, eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis, and microscopic polyangiitis, affects the respiratory tract more commonly than other vasculitis types.
