Abstract
The diagnosis of autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP), especially Type 2, can be challenging. Traditionally, EUS-guided fine needle core biopsies (EUS-FNB) have required the use of large bore FNA needles or spring-loaded core needles which had technical limitations and safety concerns.
