Abstract
A 48-year-old woman presented with recurrent hemoptysis during intercourse. The computed tomography (CT) pulmonary angiogram demonstrated bilateral patchy ground glass opacities and no pulmonary embolism and a small pulmonary cyst (Figure A, arrow).
