This study documents the occurrence of atmospheric dust from Pennsylvanian carbonates of the Copacabana Formation, recovered in core (Mobil-Oxy Manuripi X-1) from the Madre de Dios basin (Bolivia), within southern mid-latitudes (~35°S) of western Gondwana.
