Abstract
Polyphenols are reported to provide treatment for specific pathological situations. Acridocarpus orientalis and Moringa peregrina are reported to contain highly antioxidant polyphenols, which prompted us to investigate the total polyphenol contents in these natural resources. The dried plant materials were extracted with methanol and then submitted for NIR spectroscopic analysis in the wavelength ranges 700–2500 nm, followed by PLS regression....
