Abstract
Diabetes is a metabolic disorder affecting large percentage of population worldwide. NF-κβ plays key role in pathogenesis of vascular complications of diabetes. Persistent hyperglycemia activates NF-κβ that triggers expression of various cytokines, chemokines and cell adhesion molecules.
