Abstract
Essentials Antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL) are heterogeneous and induce different cellular responses. We analyzed signaling events induced by different monoclonal and patient aPL in monocytes. Two major signaling pathways involving either NADPH-oxidase or LRP8 were identified.
