Haplotype diversity in MC1R locus between the Min and white-haired pig breeds

In this article, we investigated the genetic variations in the coding region of porcine melanocortin receptor 1 (MC1R) gene in three pig breeds (Min, Yorkshire and Landrace) with black and white coat colors.
