Abstract
The therapeutic potential of hyperbranched polymers targeted to prostate cancer and loaded with doxorubicin was investigated. Polyethylene glycol hyperbranched polymers were synthesised via RAFT polymerisation to feature glutamate urea targeting ligands for PSMA on the periphery.
