Profiles of Long Noncoding RNAs in Human Naive and Memory T Cells

We employed whole-genome RNA-sequencing to profile mRNAs and both annotated and novel long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in human naive, central memory, and effector memory CD4+ T cells.
