Simultaneous determination of cucurbitacin B, E, I and E-glucoside in plant material and body fluids by HPLC–MS

A selective and sensitive analytical method for the simultaneous determination of cucurbitacin B, E, I and E-glucoside in plant material and body fluids by HPLC–MS was developed.
