Abstract
The aim of this study was to compare genetic polymorphisms and concentrations of hepatotoxic metabolites in patients with epilepsy and liver injury and those with normal liver function receiving valproate monotherapy to identify risk factors for VPA ‐induced hepatotoxicity.
