A Difunctional Regeneration Scaffold for Knee Repair based on Aptamer‐Directed Cell Recruitment

To solve the challenge of poor knee repair, an aptamer-bilayer scaffold is designed for autologous mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) recruitment and osteochondral regeneration.
