Abstract
A J-Integral analysis of the ENF specimen used to characterize mode 2 delamination fracture toughness of fiber reinforced composites has been developed. The analysis uses a two-dimensional form of the J-Integral and beam theory, accounts for geometric and material nonlinearities, crack tip deformations, and transverse shear.
