Abstract
The molecular basis underlying the particularly aggressive nature of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) still remains unclear. Here we report evidence that the insulin-like growth factor–binding protein IGFBP2 acts as a potent oncogene to drive its extremely malignant character.
