Abstract
A 37-year-old man presented with a pulsatile swelling in the left arm for 8 months. Examination revealed a thrill with a continuous machinery murmur. Magnetic resonance angiography demonstrated a hypertrophied branch from the posterior circumflex humeral artery with an aneurysm (A/Cover). This had eroded the wall of the adjacent vein and the high flow and increased pressure formed a varicose aneurysm. This was confirmed on digital subtraction...
