Abstract
Clevudine is one of oral anti-viral agents for chronic hepatitis B patients, which is introduced as a nucleoside analogue inhibiting viral reverse transcriptase. Previous case reports described that 4–15% of patients with long-term treatment of clevudine developed drug-induced myopathy within 6–24 months from the administration.
