Distinctive in-Plane Cleavage Behaviors of Two-Dimensional Layered Materials
Abstract
Mechanical exfoliation from bulk layered crystal is widely used for preparing two-dimensional (2D) layered materials, which involves not only out-of-plane interlayer cleavage but also in-plane fracture.
