Abstract
Pulmonary hyalinizing granuloma (PHG) is a rare disease characterized by single or multiple benign lung nodules mimicking lung neoplasma. Histologic analysis reveals homogenous hyaline lamellae, usually surrounded by collection of plasma cells, lymphocytes and histiocytes in a perivascular distribution.
