Development and pharmacokinetic evaluation of spray-dried self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery system of sertraline

The objective of the present study was to develop solid self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery system (SNEDDS) of poorly absorbed drug sertraline (SRT) and evaluation of its pharmacokinetic parameters in rats.
