Abstract
Gas sensors were fabricated using nanostructured indium oxide (In2O3) and platinum doped indium oxide (Pt-In2O3) prepared by surfactant assisted hydrothermal method. The optimum working temperature of the sensors was around 165 °C, which is lower than the literature reports. The sensor fabricated using Pt-In2O3 exhibited higher response as compared to undopedIn2O3.Their gas sensing properties investigated with NO2 gaswith2.5 and 5 ppmrevealed...
