Mécanismes d'activation cellulaire par les anticorps antiphospholipides Antiphospholipid antibodies: mechanisms of cellular activation
Published: Jan 1, 2016
Abstract
The antiphospholipid syndrome is characterized by clinical manifesta- tions (thrombosis and/or pregnancy morbidity) associated with the so-called antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL). These antibodies are in fact mainly directed against protein-phospholipid complexes, the main protein being b2-glycoprotein 1.
