Abstract
Since 1991, we have performed operations for tumors invading the upper airway, left atrium or main pulmonary artery with percutaneous cardiopulmonary support (PCPS) stand by support available. Of 15 cases with PCPS stand by, 6 patients actually underwent operation using PCPS.
