Naturally occurring furanoditerpenoids: distribution, chemistry and their pharmacological activities

Furanoditerpenoids are a special group of diterpenoids composing of one or more furan rings, which are rarely found in nature. This review aims to survey the various naturally occurring furanoditerpenoids and their pharmacological activities.
