Abstract
Direct determination of both the enantiomeric purity and absolute configuration of timolol was accomplished utilizing 1H NMR (400 MHz) spectroscopy with fast diamagnetic chiral solvating agent to dissimilarly perturb the spectra of enantiomeric solutes.
