Abstract
We report here a 28-year-old woman with severe atopic cough in which Basidiomycetes antigen was an etiologic agent. She did not have bronchial hyperresponsiveness to methacholine or heightened bronchomotor tone. Bronchodilator therapy was not effective against her coughing.
