Microstructure and Wear Properties Under Dry Sliding of Fe-based Ti_2B Metal-ceramic Coating by Laser Cladding

Published: Jan 1, 2014
Abstract
The in-situ synthesized Fe-based Ti2 B metal-ceramic composite coating on the surface of Q235 steel was prepared by agreat power CO2 laser, the microstructure of the coating layer was observed by XRD. The dry friction and wear properties under room-temperature were checked. The results show that the microstructure of Fe-based Ti2 B metal-ceramics coating layer is fine, compact and has no defects. Clean bonding interface is formed between Ti2 B...
