Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinicopathologic features and differential diagnosis of the renal epithelioid angiomyolipoma. Methods: The clinicopathologic features, morphology, immunohistochemistry were studied. Results: Preoperative imaging examination ,three cases were given to renal cell carcinoma.
