Abstract
Preparation of cinnamaldehyde-β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)inclusion complex has been investigated and the optimum process was obtained as:cinnamaldehyde∶β-CD(mol/mol)=1∶1,ethanol∶water(V∶V)=1∶10,50 ℃,agitating for 60 min.Complex content and yield of the product were 87.26% and 86.10%,respectively.The inclusion process was significantly promoted with the addition of ethanol.It is essential that ethanol accelerated the mass transfer process between β-CD...
