Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Zuoguiwan on differentiation of Th17 Cells of mice with acute experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis( EAE). Methods EAE model was induced in C57BL /6 mice,and were treated with Zuoguiwan,prednisone and saline,as Zuoguiwan group,prednisone group and EAE group. Normal mice were selected as control group.
