Abstract
In order to investigate the relationship of ADPN and HSL during the fat mobilization, we choose 10 healthy holstan dairy cows randomly at 28 d and 14 d before calving, 1 d, 14 d and 28 d after parturition, respec tively. Abundance of ADPN and HSL mRNA in adipose tissue were detected by fluorescent quantitation RT-PCR.
