Microstructure and microwave absorbing properties of PANI/ ferrite composite materials

Abstract
PANI/Ferrite composite particles were prepared by in-situ composite method.Transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR) was used to observe and measure the morphology,microstructure and properties.The absorption properties were measured using a vector network analyzer in frequency rang of 0.5~20GHz.The experiment results showed that the composite materials with core/shell structure exhibits excellent microwave absorbing property.When 15wt% Li0.45Zn0.1Fe2.45O4 were incorporated into PANI,the composite particles' microwave absorbing properties were the best,the composite exhibited an absorption peak of 24.7dB and-8dB bandwidth of 5GHz,and the areal density was the least 0.28 g·cm-2.
