Abstract
Based on the theory of the electrochemistry, non-equilibrium thermodynamics and finite-time thermodynamics, a new theoretical model of the hybrid power system consisting of an existing solid oxide fuel cell and a Stirling heat engine is established, in which some main irreversible losses existing real hybrid systems are taken into account.
