Abstract
要旨：もやもや病に副中大脳動脈（acMCA）起始部動脈瘤を合併した稀な症例を経験した．浅側頭動脈－中大脳動脈吻合術の際に，動脈瘤クリッピングを同時に行った． 術中所見にて，右内頸動脈C1 部・中大脳動脈M1 部やM2 上行枝，および左前大脳動脈A1 部にはもやもや病特有の壁の変化がみられたものの，acMCA には明らかな壁の変化を認めなかった．acMCA 自体，そのrecurrent な走行から，その起始部に強い血行力学的ストレスがかかっている．本例では，acMCA...
