To determine whether a correlation exists between the parameters of the focal macular ERGs (FMERGs) and the microstructural changes of the photoreceptors after successful surgery for fovea-off rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD).Twenty eyes of 20 patients who had undergone successful surgery to reattach the retina in eyes with fovea-off RRD were studied.
